Plus AWESOME sunrises, sunsets AND rainbows! Tuis and fantails often come to visit, perching in the trees while the kids play on the trampoline or the tea/coffee sits on the breakfast table. The famous Waipu Caves near the bottom of the property can be accessed by foot or by car via the driveway. Beaches and Waipu village are around 20mins drive.
