If you're in town for the Lake, this scenic cabin is only a 5-min drive to Lacey's Marina and 12-min drive to Sugarloaf.

Our peaceful place offers 4 king size bedrooms, a bunk room, a loft with sofa bed, and 2 gorgeous living areas. Washers and dryers are located on both levels next to the bedrooms. When you’re not taking in the beautiful view of Greers Ferry lake or making s'mores by the fire pit, enjoy watching a movie on one of the smart tvs located in every bedroom and living area.

Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Flo’s Lakefront Escape...right on the water

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home + loft is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.

The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper.
