It is just a stones throw from the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants/bars, but tucked away for peace and quiet. Sleeping up to 5 guests, featuring a cosy kitchen/living area with a central fire place. There is also a private spacious outdoor space to catch the afternoon sun. Access is via a few steps, so may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley. Due to its location our much loved cottage is not for you if steps are an issue!

From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.

Crows Nest is situated along Church Street opposite the pay and display car park. This spacious property is spread over 3 floors and benefits from a private seated patio area. The entrance leads into an open hallway with the fully equipped kitchen / diner and a living room off it. Upstairs to the first floor you will find a king size suite room and also a twin bedded room. Up on the third floor is the second king sized room and a bunk bedded room, plus separate bathroom.
