Monthly Rentals in White Bay

We stayed in the two bedroom villa for a few days in April and it was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large patio and amazing views. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms super clean and nice. Kitchen was well stocked and again very clean. Overall it was such a peaceful retreat and a wonderful stay. Nigel and Karen were wonderful hosts.

We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning our return! The views are breathtaking, and Selwyn’s warm, laid-back hospitality made us feel truly cared for. The island atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for — we could keep the windows and doors open to enjoy the breeze or use the AC when needed. We spent our days surrounded by birds and lizards, soaking in the stunning views of the ocean and Magens Bay. If you embrace the easygoing island vibe, you’ll feel right at home here. The water temperature can vary (but honestly, who minds when you’re showering outdoors with a view?), and the property has a relaxed, lived-in feel — it’s not a hotel, and it’s not supposed to be. The boho spirit is part of what makes it so special. You'll find things like coolers, chairs, and other beach essentials laid out for your use, adding to the welcoming, casual atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Sweet Spice! Jennifer is a very thoughtful host with tons of great recommendations for the area and details on the house. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch and afternoon dips in the pool. The house is a great base for some of the best hikes in the park, including Rams Head Trail. The home is in great shape - much of it seemed new and had everything we needed and more. The fans were sufficient to keep us cool and the a/c worked great, when needed. The bedroom is on the lower level with the pool (in case anyone else missed that like I did), but that was fine by us. It was fantastic to be provided with beach chairs and coolers. As many have mentioned, there are two spots on the road to the house that are rubble/unpaved. I’d say this road and most of St John requires a confident driver. :) If you’re looking for a chill spot with all the modern amenities, don’t hesitate to book - Sweet Spice is lovely!!

A great place to stay whilst you're in Tortola, we stayed for 10 nights and would have loved to stay for longer. Perfect base whilst exploring the island. Amazing view and lots of nature on your doorstep! Ikeca was a great host she'd thought of everything and also contacted us halfway through to ask if we needed a change of towels and linens, plus if everything was going OK. Very responsive host. You'll need a 4x4 for the driveway and for tortola in general but getting there is really easy- marked 'windy hill sea view' from the road up from stoutts and if coming the other direction, it's just before a mirror- would be good to a sign facing the other way. Overall fantastic value for money and thoroughly recommended.
