The house has a beautiful view of Zagreb. It is a 20-minute drive from Zagreb. The area of the house, around 2500 m2, is fully fenced in so you can have peace of mind bringing your pets as well.

The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. Ljubica Cottage

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.
