Private Suite, Best View in the Gorge

You'll have the entire ground floor, a two-room suite with large window views of Mt. Hood & the Columbia River. Windsurfers, kiters & sailboats zip across the river right below your hot tub & patio. The bedroom has a TV & comfortable queen bed. The TV room has a gas fireplace & 46-inch TV. Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile away and Hood River is 10 min. away, directly across the river.

This private studio has its own entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette, and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience and affordability. Downtown White Salmon is just a short walk away, where you'll find a bakery, grocery store, charming shops, and a variety of restaurants to explore. This rustic tiny house has french doors on both sides that open up to the woods, and to the pasture. Enjoy the fresh air and get cozy. Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. Wifi can be spotty. An additional tiny house is on the property. Approx. 100 ft away. Host lives on site. Caution: house has many levels. Be mindful when you enter!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.
