Little Barn is an idyllic place to stay. Simon and Nicola are incredibly welcoming and helpful, the living space is extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you could need to easily prepare meals. The bed is really comfy, the shower is quite simply wonderful and Little Barn is so homely I could live there quite easily. Lastly, the views across to Longridge Fell, the peace and quiet and close proximity to Chipping, Longridge and local attractions such as Bowland Fell, make Little Barn a five star place to escape to.

The perfect place for a night stay or longer! Me, my partner and dog stayed for one night and it was great! Parking, comfy bed and a garden to let the dog out! Would definitely come back!

Had a great stay here with our 3 year old son. Parking spot on the cobbled driveway right next door to the cottage. Cottage was clean and spacious for the 3 of us. My son enjoyed playing with the dominoes and cards in the living room. Upstairs there is a good size bathroom with shower (no bath), small bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditoner were provided as well as his and hers spray deodrant. Towels also provided. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. We stayed when it was windy and the sash window in the double room was banging in the night so we had to fold some paper and wedge it in the gap to stop the banging but apart from this the room was comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need including tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges etc. you just need some dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

The Maples was absolutely perfect for a young family, the children loved playing on the grass and the accommodation was beautiful and had everything we needed. We were in a fantastic location and didn't take us long to get anywhere we needed. We will definitely be back and recommend if anybody wants a stay that is relatively close to Blackpool but have beautiful and quiet surroundings. Mary was very attentive and was there if we needed her, the instructions for the property were very clear and we had a wonderful time.
