Modern and well equipped 3 double bedroom Annexe. The area is perfect for walkers, cyclists and families looking for a peaceful holiday. Our location is a great base for exploring the High Peak, we are just on the edge of Chapel-en-le-Frith with shops, bars and coffee shops just 5-10 mins walk. Also on our doorstep are walks to Eccles pike (30 min walk) with stunning views of the local area. We offer a great base for attractions in Buxton, Castleton, Bakewell and Manchester City centre.

Wayfarers Cottage, walkers paradise.

A traditional 2 bedroom cottage located close to the canal in the village of Buxworth, on the border of the Peak District. Both bedrooms have double beds, one of which can be converted into a twin, making it ideal for a family. There is a small courtyard, for early morning coffee, with a secure out-building, for storing muddy boots or bicycles. Fabulous position for walking and cycling whilst being close to public transport, Chinley and Whaley Bridge train station are both close by.

This is a generously sized cottage over 3 floors, sleeping 4 people and set in the countryside of the High Peak, close to some great walks and pubs. A number of walks are accessible directly from the cottage. Hayfield village and Kinder Scout are 5-10 minutes drive away, Mam Tor slightly further. Close to Chinley train station (10 minutes walk) Welcome pack provided, including food basics and wine. Dogs welcome (upto 2) Fully compliant with recent changes to fire regs.
