All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Kick back and relax in this stylish family home. In the house is a cozy living room with spacious open kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. On the upper floor, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed and a duplex room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. In the pool house there is a second bathroom and the possibility to place another double bed. Enjoy the wellness: heated outdoor pool (April-September), hot tub with jets, sauna, cold water plunge pool, outdoor shower, steam cabin and infrared.

The landscape never gets boring. Walks, bike rides along the Scheldt, cozy terraces, delicious restaurants and sailing with the ferry: all this is Sint-Amands.

The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
