Welcome in our lovely Austrian chalet! Our authentic home is situated in Bad Kleinkirchheim. This is a renowned spa town with lots of natural fountains. Also, it boasts a wonderful ski area, with over 100km of skislopes (5 min drive). Bad Kleinkirchheim is located in the Austrian Alps in the province Karinthie. This is in the south of Austria, making it the sunniest spot in the Alps! Our house is fully detached and stands in its own garden of 500 m2. You'll have the entire property to yourself!

Small hut at the foot of the Nockberge, on the edge of the village of St. Margarethen and the stream of the same name, at approx. 1,100 meters above sea level! 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to Heidi Alm, 15 km to Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Additional information: Self-catering cabin - bedding is provided - sheets and covers as well as towels must be brought!!! No final cleaning fee will be charged, so please leave the accommodation swept clean!

Greetings, I am a rustic hut in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes, you'll be at the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. So – you clean yourself and provide yourself with food, drink and bed linen … I have prepared a list for you. Be so kind and read my special story under "THE ACCOMMODATION."

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort with two thermal baths is 10 minutes away by car. For sports enthusiasts: cycling, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, ski tours, paragliding, ice skating. 40 minutes to Italy and Slovenia.
