Das Apartment ist direkt an der Ostsee gelegen. Es bietet sich an für Erkundungen der Umgebung z.B. zu Fuß, per Fahrrad, Kite und Motorboot. In 200 bis 300 Metern kann man diese ausleihen. Einen Einstieg ins Wasser mit idealen Kite und Surfbedingungen gibt es in unter 10 Metern vom Haus. Der Hafen von Wiek, das Kap Arkona wie auch der rund 10km lange, feine Sandstrand bei Glowe sind nicht weit entfernt.
