Modern furnished studio at the center of water sports village of Grou. The studio is located in the heart of Grou. When you step out the door, you are directly between the terraces and shops, walk +/- 100 m away and you will be at the Pikmeer where you will find opportunities to rent a (sailing)boat. After a nice day in the area, plop down on the couch or outside in the sheltered and sunny garden on the south. From the living room you step into the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

P.s The cottage is located on an N road with unobstructed views over the land on the other side.

Sluyterman Apartment

Between Leeuwarden, Sneek, Franeker and Bolsward lies our quiet village in the Frisian countryside in "De Greidhoeke". The apartment is located in our house from 1856 with beautiful high ceilings, a private entrance and free parking in front of the door. The apartment is on the ground floor, fully equipped with underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine, including detergent, for the small laundry.

The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Welkom in ons unieke tiny house, verscholen in een privébos aan de rand van het charmante Friese dorp Noordwolde. Deze moderne accommodatie is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. 10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is an equipped kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combi microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).
