Great house is definitely worth the price paid, souad was impeccable and welcoming, as extremely nice and helpful mohamed. Wide and beautiful spaces. Very clean house. It's worth 5 stars for sure.

The stay in Fez has been unforgettable and in large part because of the kindness of the host of Splendid Riad Jaoid and his collaborator, Youssef. The two make your stay in the city and the home in the Riad easy, comfortable, quiet and safe Overall, we've had an unforgettable experience. We were passionate about Fez and feeling accompanied at all times by Youssef made us much more treacherous. Highly recommend the exquissit breakfast prepared by him. A marvella of Moroccan flavors. Delicious.

If you’re not Moroccan, or have not spent much time in the country, be ready for a unique experience. It’s as riad as it gets with all its quirkiness - but all to yourself. It was an authentic experience for the two of us in our party. If getting lost in the alleys of fez intimidates you, this may not be the place for you. Jawad, the caretaker, is exceptionally attentive and helpful. Always ready not just with recommendations but also to walk you out if you need directions. Kitchen has all the appliances, wifi is surprisingly strong, hot water is aplenty. Bathroom situation is unique. The one full western-style bathroom is four flights up so beware of that. (There is a squatty potty on the ground level.) The rooftop terrace has nice open views.

the house is beautiful and original, it seems to be in one of Escher's works with the various levels that can be reached through unusual stairs. No object is chosen by chance ,all of valuable craftsmanship. Super comfortable beds and mosaic flooring. Also beautiful is the terrace area ( of course on two levels) with a poignant view of Fez . As close to the Medina, the exposure tends to be very peaceful. The breakfast offered by Muhammed in a nearby house equally pleasant and complete.

Fatima's house was by far the best and most welcoming place we had during our 2 week stay in Morocco, and one of the best Airbnb offerings I have experienced world wide. Car park is conviently 10 minutes walking distance. Aya came to pick us up to guide us to the house. Fatima was personally there to welcome us and explain the background of the house she inherited from her mom. She took time to do so and did not rush. She and Aya had staffed the refrigerator for a full breakfast or two., even though this was not part of the Airbnb ad. The kitchen was fully equipped with tea, coffee, oils, etc. The place is spotless for an authentic Fes medina experience. Within 1 minute, you are in the middle of it, on the main street of the medina. It could not have been better.

Dar 47 was truly a special place. Our only regret was that we had to leave so soon. Each of the rooms had comfortable beds and spaces. Khadija was amazing and had a breakfast ready to help us start our busy days. We had her cook us dinner the night we arrived and it was delicious. We should have requested more meals in the riad. Emma was super responsive and helpful in arranging a ride from the bus station and tours around the Medina. Everything was fabulous and can’t wait to come back to Dar 47!

A beautifully renovated and historic riad in fascinating Fez. As everyone says. Loubna is very kind and helpful. All bedrooms comfy and a great location right in the middle of the souk.

We had great 5 Nights at the House of Figs. The location, the house and first and foremost the hosts made it a memorable stay in the beautiful old town of Fes. We found it the perfect base to explore Fes and around. Also great to relax and chill on the lovely roof terrace. Anne and Ian were most helpful and knowlegable from A-Z.

This home is a great place for anyone looking to stay in Fes! The home was very spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were of great quality. There are plenty of couches and places to sleep and relax throughout the apartment. Nabil was an amazing host; he was very communicative and allowed us flexible check-ins and check-outs for our flights. The location itself is close enough to either walk or take a taxi into the Medina, depending on preference.

The apartment is in a great residential location, nice restaurants close by. Easy to get to the Medina. Apartment is spacious and modern. Host is very responsive and made us feel at home.

The apartment is spacious and bright, as shown in the photo; it is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, in a quiet area, with video surveillance parking; it is therefore particularly suitable for those who move by car or for those who need to stay overnight in the airport area. Nearby bars and restaurants.
