THE LOCATION: Summit Central is perched above the Dillon Reservoir in the scenic Wildernest neighborhood. This prime location offers easy access (just 75 yards from the unit) to the free Summit Stage bus which transports travelers to all the local ski resorts, the Silverthorne outlet mall for a little retail therapy and the mountain towns of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and Copper Mountain. In the summer months, explore Arapaho National Forest with trails just a short walk from the front door. Or hike the White River National Forest Trail, the Mesa Cortina Trail or for a longer, more challenging adventure, the Continental Divide Trail. Not into hiking, Summit Central is a short drive to one of the most beautiful sailing lakes in Colorado (Dillon Reservoir) and several golf courses (Copper Creek Golf Course, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, the River Course at Keystone, the Breckenridge Golf Club, or the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks). Pup ok- Original Lake Dillon Cabin 2 bed

Our place is great for couples, families, and anyone excited for a mountain adventure. WELL BEHAVED, non-barking dogs are welcome. We have an original Dillon cabin, that was built in 1934 and moved to Dillon Proper in 1970. It has rustic features and has been updated. This is a great place to stay with your family and friends and in a central location of Summit County. It's also within walking distance of downtown Dillon's restaurants, pubs, parks, Amphitheater, Dillon marina and beautiful lake.

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath "mountain escape" condo has panoramic glass patio doors with an unobstructed view looking out over Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. You can even see Dillon Marina from the patio, with sailboats docked all summer long. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
