Concert events, the free market, museums, cafes and restaurants, the Schnoor and the city centre can be reached in a few minutes by tram or on foot. For the first coffee in the morning, the petit café is right next door.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
