Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

The Chammweid vacation home is located in the countryside on Gamserberg at approx. 950 meters above sea level. The location is quiet and offers a magnificent view over the St. Galler Rheintal and a magnificent mountain backdrop all around. The large seating area invites you to enjoy nature and simply unwind. The Studio Chic with a hot tub impresses with its panoramic window and the sleeping hatch. There is a hot tub for relaxation in the adjacent garden. The location of the house is at the origin of the Thur in the middle of nature, where you can find peace. A few minutes by car to the shops or mountain railways. Wildhaus has a nice ski resort in winter and also offers an attractive leisure offer. 80 m to the parking lot. For family celebrations or occasions, you can rent the Chalet Chic and/or Camping Chic

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Owned by our family for 20 years and fully restored in 2005, and equipped with every comfort: underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, sauna, wood stove, terrace, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Outside, there is a large terrace and there is space for 4 cars in the parking lot.

High-quality loft, in a 300-year-old stable, we have expanded the hayloft Separate toilet and shower. Right on the ski slope, hiking and biking trails. Very quietly located, you will only hear the birds chirping and the fountain rippling. Very good access by car.
