On the first floor, there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room and a bedroom with two separate beds. The attic is open with a living and working area, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a spacious balcony to the south side and with a view of the Weser.

Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

The property is located directly on the Weserdich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city.
