Watch wildlife from the private rear deck or walk the 2.6 acres of grounds, part landscaped, part garden, and part natural. Adjacent to greenspace/parkland. Dogs allowed! Welcome to our Moonshine Mini-Mansion. The home is on 8 acres in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina and has just the right amount of every season. Only 30 miles to Boone and 6 miles to Faithfest and Merlefest! The entire home was refurbished with all new finishes, new paint, soft close cabinets, and new flooring in 2019. This is a cozy house, and it is on land aka 'in the sticks.' Due to it being out in the country, you may see a bug or two!

Privacy curtains are installed but do not block out noise The cabin is full of amenities including washer/dryer, hot tub, antique clawfoot tub with shower, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, large back deck, game area with foosball table, and beautiful views of the little Brushy’s.

A family and pet friendly home away from home with character and charm in every corner. Centrally located to Wilkesboro, West Jefferson, and Boone in Deep Gap, NC you can be to Appalachian State University , the Blue Ridge Parkway, or multiple ski mountains in just minutes. The Air bee-N-bee is located in the Honey House where honey is processed and bottled. Maybe our hens will have some farm fresh eggs ready to share with you!
