We had the best time staying at the dairy, super clean and we felt so comfortable. Perfect for being cosy with the tele and being cosy and warm. The cottage is super cute and a really good location. We had really rubbish weather so didn’t get chance to explore so we will be back in the summer to explore more. Dawn was a great host and super friendly. Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰

Although we came to the area to attend my brother’s funeral we felt very relaxed.

Very well kept, no issues with check-in and host very responsive. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

As we now have Family dotted around the UK, we stay at some nice little B&B's and searched for a 2 night stay near Swadlincote for our latest family move .We searched for a while and kept going to our 1st choice and were lucky that the 2 nights we were staying were available at the Coach House in nearby Netherseal. The Coach House is a perfect little Gem. The Hostess Lynda has literary thought of everything, lncluding a loaf of freshly homebaked bread, freerange eggs laid by the resident hens (amazingly tasty yolks) pots of jam, orange juice and milk, cereal and bottomless tea , coffee,sugar ( No silly little sachets here) The room has so much Character with exposed beams, storage room, a sofa and TV to chill and watch after a long day out visiting the countless places to visit nearby. The room was spotless , with comfy bed and fluffed up pillows (which is essential when staying away from home ) My wife and I would love to return to this little Gem we return on our next visit.
