Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Williamsburg

We rented Scott's condo for an 80th birthday celebration for my mom. There were four of us ladies and we had the best stay! It was clean, spacious, well-appointed and the location is wonderful for shopping and sight seeing. Would definitely stay again!

It was a perfect little get away, while learning colonial history! Definitely recommend coming back when it is warmer out!

Scott was a stellar host. Easy, clear, and concise instructions and was readily available for all questions and concerns. wouldn't hesitate to contact for future bookings.

This is the second time we have stayed in this location and Scott was our host. Another fabulous visit and wonderful location. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Colonial Williamsburg area, a great home away from home.

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

The space was set up exactly how described and was clean. We enjoyed a great stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, but that was not the fault of the host, rather the resort.

Comfortable beds & spacious rooms, a very pleasant & quiet location. My family enjoyed the pool & mini golf. Due to this being a time share, check in process was a bit different - you are working with a group, not a specific person for this rental - but it went smoothly for us, we declined the ‘info session’. You are not assigned to a unit until check-in, one of our two units had a bit of a stale, smoky smell, but was otherwise quite nice. Can’t beat the price!

Beautiful view of the beach, pleasant staff at resort, clean kitchen and pleasant decor. Might need a mattress pad for the pull out sofa, its quite hard. Would stay here again.

Our first experience with an AIR BNB was amazing, thanks to Jessica! Her communication was beyond wonderful! The room rented fulfilled everything that was promised and when a concern arose early on she gave the best advice on how to handle the situation. If/when given the opportunity to work/rent from her again I strongly look forward to doing so!

My family loved it here! This was a very nice place to stay right on the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful! Beautiful place to stay and near everything you would want to do in Williamsburg!

Rooms were nice, somewhat dated in decor but pleasant. Smaller in person that it appears is photos. Location good as not in the super crowded part of town. Pool area somewhat small for volume of people. Beach is great. AC unit in the larger unit malfunctioned but they came immediately and replaced it! Impressed with the maintenance staff!

Everything went as smooth as expected. It was clean centrally, located, and easy to find . We have already discussed going back in the future. Jessica was friendly and easy to contact when needed, and very responsive. At this location, the staff was amazing. Desmond works at the front desk and gave us an amazing suggestion for dinner and Quinn also works at the front gave me a suggestion for breakfast. Both were amazing and we ended up eating dinner at the restaurant five nights while we were there I believe it was called 21st Street Seafood Company.

Awesome view, spacious room. We really enjoyed our stay. Jessica answered all of our questions. I recommend this place!
