Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Williamson County

Spacious house worked well for our family of 7. Fenced back yard was perfect for kids and dog. We would stay again.

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

My family stayed at Thomas' house for 10 days in April. I really can't say enough about the house. I do admit that I did no cooking (I'm on vacation), but the kitchen was very well appointed and had every utensil that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and I especially loved the master bathroom with all of the shelves and closet areas and, the shower was great. The weather was fantastic when we were there, so we spent a lot of time on the deck and on the screened in porch. It was also in a great neighborhood, very quiet, and nice neighbors. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and walking in the neighborhood. Thomas advised me of some great neighborhood parks to walk the dog and ourselves so we did that every day of our visit. We enjoyed eating at Hattie B's in Franklin and a restaurant called Puckett's in downtown Franklin. Everyone needs to go to the Grand Ole Opry and the bars downtown Nashville for live music. We will definitely stay at Thomas' house again. Enjoy!!!

We have a large family so hotels are out of the question for us. This home provided everything we needed for a long weekend away! The home is comfortable and clean. The value is amazing and the location is too!

Perfect location for old gals overnight to Leipers Fork. The house is spotless with comfy furnishings, linens, etc. Hosts were responsive prior to visit with our few questions and all was above expectations! Peaceful surroundings and awesome firepit if you enjoy the outdoors. Close to Foxe and Locke and Leipers Fork Distillery. Thanks Keith !!

Cozy, clean, comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, hot shower was great, bed was comfortable. Felt very private and secure. Had great outdoor lighting so I could see to enter door access code easily. I knew I could get in touch with Elaine easily but did not need anything. Check in and check out was very easy!

Derek and Tara's apartment was perfect for our visit to Spring Hill to see a friend. It was close to groceries and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Yet removed from most of the hustle and bustle. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bath were stocked with everything thing you need to have a comfortable stay. It is close to a busy road so there is some noise. We enjoyed out stay and recommend it.

Located in a beautiful, private, quiet wooded setting. Spacious and a great outdoor deck. Unique location in the you have the enjoyment of pleasant drives in a scenic area as well as only a few minutes to Franklin and all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

This was my first time staying in someone place and it was a great first experience. The room is as described, very peaceful, and comfortable bed. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent getaway or calm spot just outside of Nashville. Very spacious, very clean, and very friendly host. There was plenty of room for me, my wife and my two kids. Also you cannot beat having a usable washer and dryer has well.
