Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.
