Townhome holiday rentals in Wilmington

We loved our stay! Never had an issue with finding parking and we had two cars for most of the stay. We did hear a lot of sirens at night, which made the first night hard for our kids to fall asleep (it was a Saturday night and was probably mostly jet lag), but it never bothered us the rest of the time!

Great place for a medium to large group of friends to stay. Walkable to UPenn and many convenience stores. Place is very spacious and is bigger in person than in the photos. The only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper in the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Philly.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

Was a beautiful places to stay at for two weeks, had cottage vibe. Stairs were small but it was worthy it because it had such a homey vibe. And felt nice to come back to.

Sean’s place was perfect for our short stay in Philadelphia. The house is exactly as described, has everything you might need. It is located in a peaceful street but still within 30 min of walkable distance to all of the attractions. Plenty of nice restaurants and cute shops. Street parking isn’t very easy but it’s also not bad. You can always find street parking nearby if you search and there are parking lots within 10 min walk. Sean was very responsive, provided clear instructions, and was very easy to communicate with. We also found 2 bottles of water in each room and some snacks in the kitchen which I thought was very thoughtful. I totally recommend Sean’s place!

Valerie was amazing! The location was perfect to walk around and you could park right outside the unit, which, in the city- is super valuable. Would def stay here again!!

Good location- within walking distance to many amenities, shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay. plenty of room, very well stocked.

I really enjoyed staying at Tuan's place, it was easy to find and super clean. We arrived on an early flight and Taun allowed us to check in a few hours early at noon extra charge. I definitely be staying here again when next in Philadelphia.

This was a great find practically on Drexel’s campus. Very convenient to public transportation and train station. Really comprehensive instructions and easy to get into. The place was beautiful and very clean. Quiet building and no issues while we were there. Plenty of towels and the temperature was comfortable. Shampoo and body wash in shower. Kitchen had some amenities and a stocked Keurig. Really glad I found this place and hope to stay here again!

Host was extremely responsive and helpful, the house was pristine and very comfortable. No complaints at all!

Looks exactly like photos! As people have mentioned stairs are steep but not an issue at all. Air conditioning units work well to keep spaces cool. Easy to get in and out of unit and door locks automatically which is an ease of mind. Kitchen is very clean, utensils/pans etc don’t feel dingy or overused, very clean. Washer and dryer in good shape too and felt comfortable washing my clothes there! Didn’t realize how much of a city Lancaster was.. we visited sight & sound and Dutch wonderland and the drive was easy from here!

We had a great time at Joseph's place. The house had everything we needed and all kinds of great stuff nearby. At first we thought it might not be all that great - it's a very old house (well over 100 years) - which can be either "character" or "is that a problem?" But it all worked and turned out just fine. E.g., the floors - which at first sight and first step - seem pretty dicey, are fine. The boards are held together with putty and a couple of the patch/repairs are bouncy, but for a couple of days - it was all we needed. Many things about the house are like that - just when you think they might be an issue, they're not. It's all just good enough. No complaints. Fronts onto an alley - but a very safe alley. Paid parking in garage 100yds away - but with free EV charging! So not a place for really picky people. But a great base to see Lancaster and area. In a wonderful neighborhood filled with coffee shops, bars, restaurants - very walkable and highly recommended. Enjoy.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. We felt right at home. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen, great appliances, friendly neighbors. High quality linens and season-appropriate. Matt is very responsive and accommodating. Safe neighborhood and extremely walkable to many great restaurants and stores.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay! It was my husband, 12 month old, and parents who stayed at Erin's and we were most impressed by the 1st floor kitchen, living/dining area, and the 2nd floor full bathroom. Nice, cozy, and very clean. The main bedroom with the queen bed is very comfortable and a spacious area. Because it is an older row home that was newly renovated in most of the house, many of the original floor boards were still in tact but very loud and creaky - we were tip-toeing around the house, trying to avoid certain areas, especially at night. At the current time we went in April 2025, there was a ton of street construction and was loud during the day from around 7am to 5pm, that we were not aware of and it was a bit loud during our stay. Though, I don't think that is a long term thing. Overall, it's a cute and cozy home with all the amenities. It's a few mins drive to the main areas of downtown and accessible.

I was here Easter Weekend. House was very clean and smells good Quiet neighborhood . The hose was very responsible and answer me right away. Any questions that I had I highly recommend this place it really looks like the pictures.

Very clean condo. Master bedroom is large and very accommodating. Living room also large and accommodating. One shower, half bath downstairs. Very clean and simple. Was a perfect place to stay for a group of 4.

Parag is very responsive and friendly. Her condo is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. This was our second visit and we always feel at home at her place. Everything about our stay was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar and snacks that were left for us. It’s also a nice area and centrally located.

We had a great time in Philadelphia and really enjoyed this rental. It is comfortable, tidy, and bright; super close to the Schuylkill River biking trail; and right along several bus/trolley lines. We initially parked in the temporary parking along the parkway and then easily found a spot right in front of the house in the morning. Thanks to the convenient public transit, we didn’t need to move the car after that. It’s an easy ride to Old City, the Zoo, Reading Terminal Market, etc. short walk to the art museum and the parkway. Maria was also very friendly and communicative! I highly recommend this rental!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here in this unit. Was clean, comfortable and perfectly charming. The location was ideal, the parking spot was a plus and the downstairs living room was a way to also have some private time if needed. The courtyard was lovely and the hosts were terrific, easily reached and responsive. Planning to stay here again.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at Urban on Franklin. The house was spotless and well furnished. We were especially impressed with how clean the hot tub was. The recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops were very helpful.

Our stay at Jasmine’s was great!! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured if not better. It’s spacious, stocked with everything you need, and close to everything. There are a lot of stairs but that was not a problem for our group. Street parking wasn’t a problem. We mostly used Uber so we wouldn’t have to move the car. Jasmine is very responsive and even got a toaster delivered to the house during our stay just to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

Excellent location for what we needed. Carries was super responsive and her decorating taste is awesome!

Sebastian’s place was just what we needed, really close to lots of restaurants! The place was as described and worked well for our group of 4!
