Ron’s place was as described and provided all the things we needed for a week-long stay. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers, an infant, and a dog, and there was plenty of room for us all. The neighbors were all friendly and we felt right at home. Ron was responsive & accommodating to all of our requests— overall a great host! We would easily recommend Ron’s place to any large groups traveling to the area.

if you are.looking for a charming weekend get away with woods, rivers and quaint towns, this is ur place. a cottage with a private bedroom and room for spares in the main, u can't go wrong. mimi and ric have it all ready for you! a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessities, football, gas grill, darts and a big TV with roku plus an apple input so you can watch all ur shows while surrounded by nature. super cute friendly goats eat all ur veg scraps! and pretty easy beautiful hikes to the river. Great wifi, bed is comfortable plus a trundle in main room. they thought of everything! very safe and secure location i would 10/10 stay again and recommend to anyone who wants a quiet get away with easy access to restaurants, history, and all types of outdoorsy stuff. oxo

We are a group of 3 families visiting the gold country on spring break. The house is just beautiful sitting on perched hill overlooking an open field. We woke up to an amazing view every day. I especially enjoyed cooking breakfast with the children in the bright open kitchen. There was plenty of space for just 8 of us. I also appreciated the bedroom with 2 bunks so all the kids get to stay in the same room. The location is private yet close enough to groceries and local eateries. The hosts are very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

We had a long 8 hour drive for the day and Alex’s place was easy to find and get to. It worked out well for us and I would book again. Place was clean, neat and secure. Only issue was some neighbor noise but what can you expect from it being in a populated neighborhood. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stop for the night this would be a good spot.

The unit is very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Felt like it had lots of space. There’s a grocery store 2 min down the road so it’s very convenient for picking up and food or drink supplies you need. The only thing I didn’t expect was that there are two other units on this property where people live full time. There’s a small apt. connected to the back of this unit and another unit to the right, but not sharing a wall. It was not a problem and it’s not a complaint, I was just surprised when we arrived late at night and saw and handful of other cars parked out front. Overall a nice place for our 12 hour stay.

We took our tween and teenage kids here for a staycation of sorts in that we live just a few towns away. This is the perfect place for family as it is cozy inside and so fun with tons of activities outside. You enter the front yard through a gate so it feels so safe to let your kids wander and explore. Jennifer has thought of everything as there is something for everyone.

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

Robert’s place was lovely and just as described! Had such convenient amenities and was super clean! Would stay again!!!
