This is in addition to the 3 double beds and single bed on the 1st floor. Ideally located near Swansea Bay and the city centre which boasts a range restaurants, bars and activities including the Leisure Centre, Swansea Arena, the Grand Theatre and arcades. Mumbles, Parc Tawe and Swansea Uni are also nearby.
