This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom house located within walking distance of the Team Valley trading estate, 5 minutes drive to the Metro Centre shopping complex and 15 minutes drive into Newcastle city centre and the world famous Quayside. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to local shops and free on street parking is available. Guests are people working away from home, shopping in the Metro Centre or tourists visiting the area.

Modern 2 bed flat on marina development!

This is a modern two bedroom flat located in the marina development of St. Peter's Basin. The marina has a bar/restaurant over looking the boats. The quayside is about 15 minutes walk along the riverbank. There are regular buses (every 15 minutes) which will take you to the quayside the on to the city centre. This is a great place to stay and was my 1st flat before our family grew out of it! Towels and bedding are provided.
