Ivywood cottage is medieval in age, but contemporary in design, with luxurious finishes and fine detailing. The house is in a unique rural setting and was once part of the Gawdy Hall Estate. The house sits next to a beautiful 15th century church, set within a 3 acre church yard. Glorious and plentiful Waveney Valley walks in all directions. Guests have complete privacy and run of the house, including a private garden. We respect our guest's privacy, and are on call for any advice or assistance that you may need during your visit. The cottage is a short picturesque drive from the coastal gems of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Harleston and Bungay are quintessential English towns with charming independent stores, delis, family butchers, bistro cafes, pubs, restaurants, and tea shops. It's the countryside, most people drive. Diss is the mainline station between London and Norwich and is just 15 minutes by car. Cycling is very popular and the cottage is on a regular time trial route. Buses are very reliable and the village is well serviced making it easy to hop between Suffolk and Norfolk villages. There is fabulous walking from the cottage. Located in the Waveney Valley paths such as Angles Way which follows the Waveney river valley are right on your doorstep.

A warm and welcoming place to stay for visitors to Norfolk/Suffolk. Quick access from the A11 (2 mins). Snetterton Race Circuit is only 4 miles away. Private access with ample parking behind secured gates means it's easy to come and go as you please. We're also happy to offer parking for trailers upon request.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Postal Lodge - our one-off wooden shack…

This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Green Dragon Cottage

Green Dragon Cottage is set in a quiet backroad just North of Diss (10 minutes), sitting at the gateway to the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cottage sleeps up to five guests and is created from former stables and blacksmiths forge. The conversion retains many historic features including wooden beams and pamment tiles, yet with modern amenities including WiFi and underfloor heated bathroom. The cottage has a private entrance, parking and is ideal for families, sat in our peaceful 3.5 acres.

Our luxurious accommodation is an idyllic get away for those who want the peace and beauty of the Norfolk countryside and to wake up to the sound of birdsong , you may not want to get out of the sumptuous bed and take your head off the goose down pillows that envelope you as you sleep peacefully, is it the draw of the landscape that gets you out of bed or maybe the passing horses out in the fresh morning air inviting you to leave that luxurious bed and take fresh coffee on the terrace

Green Farm House is set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside at the end of a quiet lane. The quaint village of Redgrave benefits from a village pub serving food & a small village shop. Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . The Treehouse Game and Stay isn't your usual self catering apartment. It has its own pool table and retro arcade machine exclusively for your use. Situated above our oak framed cartlodge in the grounds of our house on the edge of the 44 acre village green of Old Buckenham. The village has 2 pubs, shop and country walks. The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.

Coppins Barn is a cosy two bedroom barn conversion in the midst of the tranquil Breckland countryside. Perfect to explore the beautiful Norfolk region from, or to simple curl up on the sofa and recharge the batteries!
