The Kozy Landing is indeed very cozy! This is our third time staying at this location and it was as welcoming as in the past. Nice quiet neighborhood and my family loves walking to the nearby park.

Felt like being at home. More of a home than my own to be honest. Nyccole was very communicative, and went above and beyond for my family!

We were visiting our daughter in Winfield and happened on to Tracie’s beautiful apartment. Our granddaughter spent the night with us, and we enjoyed a nice walk to the College Hill Coffee Shop the following day. That evening, we visited the Ladybird Brewery with friends. There is so much to do within walking distance. The apartment is relaxing and immaculately clean. Oh, my daughters also got massages downstairs at the Rejuvv Med Spa, best ever! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick's Airbnb over the weekend! It was perfect for our family of five. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. We loved how quiet the area was, and the Cardinal family serenading us every morning and evening added such a charming touch. The location was also idea. Just minutes away from Walmart, which made it incredibly convenient for us to pick up anything we needed. The full kitchen with utensils, coffee, and snacks was a great bonus, allowing us to make meals and feel right at home. The extra blankets and air mattress provided added comfort and made our stay even better. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and Roku were a nice touch for winding down after a busy day. Overall, this place was affordable, well-equipped, and perfect for our family getaway. Highly recommend!
