Hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment. Easy access to Notre Dame (45 min), Middlebury (20 min), Nappanee (20 min), and 25 to Shipshewana (25 min).

Lake Breeze is directly across the street from Winona Lake and conveniently located next to the park. The park offers splash pad, beach , playground, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball courts. Easy access to walking, biking and mountain bike trails. It is just down the street from the village at Winona which offers shopping, restaurants and ice skating in the winter. Close to Grace college and the Miller Athletic complex.

Country Cottage

Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming house which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, weather it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road. There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.
