The Hideout

This is our little hideout near the heart of downtown Leavenworth. It's a studio unit with a 3/4 bathroom and a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, sofa, Roku TV, great wifi, soft towels, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and more. It does not have a stove or cooking equipment other than a microwave. It is a basement unit but with lots of light. It's one of three units in the building and there is a unit above this one so you WILL likely hear footsteps or muted voices from above at times.

Formerly the Owner's Quarters, it is a spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with full kitchen, dining, and laundry. Views of both Pearrygin Lake and Mt. Gardener can be found throughout the apartment. Equipped with two king beds and a set of twin bunks, Lakeview Lodge comfortably accommodates six people. There is parking for two vehicles, one covered space and one uncovered.

Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.

Bright and beautiful 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment. Apartment sleeps four guests. The rate per night is based on 2 guests. Extra guests, over 12-years-old, can be added at a rate of $15+tax/guest. This unit is smack in the middle of downtown and overlooks Front Street and the Cascade Mountain Range. This apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. The apartment is pet friendly, however, we charge $25+tax per pet per night.
