Guests check in through frontdesk, where they are asked a returnable deposit for any accidentals.

Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.
