A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Enjoy the tranquility and a fantastic panoramic view of the Danube and Bavarian Forest on the Schlossberg. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

House in a secluded location + swimming pond

The vacation home is in a secluded location on the edge of the forest. The spacious covered terrace and the enclosed garden invite you to relax and linger. In summer you can cool off in the swimming pond. The vacation home is particularly suitable for larger groups or families. For animal-friendly people, the vacation home is the ideal place to spend your vacation with your pets. You share the large property with native plants, birds, deer, rabbits and lizards.
