Very peaceful location and great view of the countryside. Could not hear any traffic as property was back from main road and gated entrance. We had a lovely time celebrating a big birthday and this property was ideally situated close to Plumpton Racecourse where we spent a day at the races. Property had all we needed for our 3 night stay. Would recommend for a friends get together

An idyllic location, Geoffrey and his wife were friendly and welcoming. The hut was clean and cosy and a local pub is within east walking distance. All in all we had a lovely evening staying there.

Perfect for what we needed. Small but everything you would need for a couple of nights. Quiet area and lots of extras like teas, coffee machine etc. Thank you

Myself, my wife and our young daughter used Charlotte's place as a base for heading into Brighton. It worked absolutely perfectly, a charming and delightful cottage in beautiful surroundings. Charlotte was the perfect host, very friendly and was always there if we needed her. We'd love to come back again!
