Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
