The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterised by the cosy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) are only about 5 minutes away by car. It is about 12 minutes to the valley and the nearest supermarket, and there is a bakery near the lifts. Lovingly designed old building apartment near the lake

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
