Summerdream at the lake. As a couple or with kids!

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

Mountain Magic Chalet Therese

Enjoy your vacation in this beautifully situated holiday home above Wolfsberg with a stunning view of the scenic Lavant Valley and majestic Koralpe mountains. The house, almost entirely built from slowly ripening pine wood, features a private, fenced garden with a shaded barbecue terrace, a covered balcony right outside the front door, and a serene atmosphere. Despite the presence of another holiday home about 50 meters away, the surroundings are completely rural and peaceful.

It has a very good equipment with sauna and space for up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). The nearest ski slope is just 700m away. The Klippitztörl ski area is a family ski area with about 20 km of ski slopes, which you only have to share with a few skiers. Many cozy ski huts invite you to take a break. Free wi-fi.

Chalet Luna rustic-cozy close to the slopes with sauna

Unobstructed view in two valleys. In the garden there is a barrel sauna. Hiking trails and ski lift are just a few hundred meters from the chalet and within walking distance. 4K TV in the living room with AmazonPrime/Netflix/YouTube, Smart TV with XBox in the children's room, a quaint bar and fully automatic coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer and a storage room for ski and ski boots are also available.
