Our tastefully and comfortably furnished house is located on the gentle slopes of the Southeast Styrian hill country, surrounded by vineyards, flower meadows, fruit trees and forests. Fantastic views in an absolutely quiet location near the South Styrian Wine Road ("Styrian Tuscany") with its wine taverns and top wines. The thermal baths and fortified castles of the Volcano Land are also just around the corner. A wonderful place for relaxing days or creative weeks away from all the hustle and bustle.

Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Du bist mitten in Leibnitz und kannst alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Egal ob Shoppen, Lebensmittel, Bahnhof und Co. ... die süße kleine Wohnung ist mein Herzstück in das ich viel Liebe gesteckt habe... du kannst dich auf einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt freuen. With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Ház a bicikli útvonal mellett. A kertben minden megtalálható a pihenéshez. Kérlek vedd figyelembe, hogy mi is a házban lakunk (alsó szint), parkettánk van, ami adott esetben recseg (az idő vasfoga), van kutyánk, macskánk, tehát a szállás nem antiallergén, tv nincs. Háziállatokat szeretettel látunk, fent kb. 90 m2 áll rendelkezésedre. Szomszédunk nincs, étterem, élelmiszerbolt kb. 10 percre. Kérlek ezeket vedd figyelembe, amennyiben kérdésed van, nagyon kérlek foglalás előtt tedd fel.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
