Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Our holiday home is nestled in the quiet village of Hohendorf, a part of the city Wolgast – the perfect base for exploring the Baltic Sea and the island of Usedom. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, with hourly connections straight to the island. Cyclists can head out directly on the Usedom Loop or the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. A playground nearby makes this the ideal spot for families. Come, unwind and soak up the peace of nature – the Baltic Sea is waiting for you

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. A spacious vacation home with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) awaits you.

But of course, there is also a lot to discover in Wolgast. On foot or with our city bikes, which you can use for free.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswald Bodden. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.
