Melissa’s little cottage is fantastic! A cozy, stylish and very clean place with a great outdoor area to relax and watch the Kangaroos. It is close to the amazing Pambula River Mouth and Pambula Beach. Highly recommend this place, would definitely stay again.

We initially worried that Arlene’s might be a little too far out of town, BUT we ABSOLUTELY loved the location. An easy walk to the lakefront to swim, to a pier for renting boats and a lovely walkway all the way into town (4.2km away). The local wildlife in the area was our highlight - so many birds, a koala, kangaroos and even a colony of flying foxes (only there two months a year). The cottage itself is comfortable, beautiful, private and well appointed. Arlene is friendly and welcoming. We totally recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

We are truly grateful to the host for providing such a wonderful place to stay — it felt like our dream home. From the charming garden to the stylish and cozy interior, everything was simply captivating. The host was also incredibly thoughtful, leaving warm welcomes and helpful tips on the notice board, which made us feel very cared for. We highly recommend this place to other travelers and sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to stay here again in the future!

The view from the house is stunning. They have done an excellent job at bringing nature into the house. Each room has a stunning view of the surroundings. I couldn't get over the view of the lake and the moutains 🙌 The house was gorgeous, clean and well equipped. I've already recommended this house to others. The host was so responsive and helpful through texts. We had such a great stay, thank you.
