Cottage is behind main historic Farmhouse which was built in 1869. It is separate with its own parking. This property has been in our family for 100 years. Come sit and sip your favorite beverage and watch the sunsets under our wedding tree. Horses welcome. Stable available & trailer parking.

The farm is 40 acres which includes two acres of organic vegetables. There are chickens, sheep, cows, goats and one pig. Most weekends you can enjoy watching the skydivers across the road at the Yolo County Airport. Spring, Summer & Fall weekends, the farm brewery may be open too!

South Woodland 3 Bdrm Charmer, close to UCD

Three bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 6, could fit in 10. We are in south woodland, a quick 15 min drive to Davis, 15 min drive to Sacramento Airport and only 0.4 miles to Woodland Memorial Hospital. No carpet at the house, just a couple of removable rugs for those who may be concerned with dust We have a spacious yard with a pergola and a gas BBQ. Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings.
