Get away from the city and enjoy the farm life of Cherokee County. This 2.5 acre mini farm will instantly help you unwind from the stresses of daily life while the cozy farmhouse will welcome you with its charming interior, dream kitchen, and peaceful back porch. Table Root Farm is home to 8 chickens and a large garden and sits only an hour from Elijay and all North Georgia has to offer and is an easy <1hr drive from downtown Atlanta. We do need to be on the property daily to care for the farm.

The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

Our open floor plan has a full kitchen, hi speed internet, convenient keyless entry, smart thermostat, laundry room and charming private patio area, makes for the perfect getaway. We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair. Fully fenced back yard.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.
