The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

Minutes from downtown Woodstock, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has been totally updated so everything is new. Our open floor plan has a full kitchen, hi speed internet, convenient keyless entry, smart thermostat, laundry room and charming private patio area, makes for the perfect getaway. We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70” Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair. Fully fenced back yard.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats: Immy, Daisy, Briggs, and Stratton (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)

In Milton, close to upscale dining and shopping. Relax in a peaceful, quiet setting. Completely remodeled with a beautiful view of a forest in a suburban setting. This sweet tiny house has a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, work station shared with a dining space, dishes, silverware and coffee maker. On evenings and early mornings deer can be seen.
