In the immediate vicinity there are numerous amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. There are four apartments and two doctors' offices in the building, behind which there is a car park that is locked at night.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.
