By public transport, it is also only 20 minutes to Central Station and within 30 minutes to the RAI, or the atmospheric Pijp with its many terraces and the museum square.

From this perfectly located home base, everything is within easy reach. The studio is located in the car-free old town of Purmerend. The bus near the studio runs directly to Amsterdam city centre in 19 minutes. Between 4 and 8 times an hour. Night buses also run to and from downtown Amsterdam. Edam, Volendam Zaanse schans are also nearby and easy to reach by bus. Around the studio itself there are many shops and more than 50 bars and restaurants. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace.

Our garden suite with king size bed, romantic bath tub, outdoor kitchen and private garden is located at the Southern part of Zaandam, a town close to Amsterdam North. Zaandam is well known for its’ maritime history and hosts the famous open air museum Zaanse Schans. Our place is a great hub to explore Amsterdam and its surroundings, like Zandvoort beach and charming Haarlem. Cozy and peaceful, the garden suite is a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

This house is located in Den Ilp, 15 km from the heart of Amsterdam. Easily accessible by public transport. Close to the nature reserve the Twiske and Ilperveld. In this area, you can go hiking, biking, swimming and boating. The home features 3 bedrooms, 1 on ground floor. All rooms have air conditioning. The living room has a TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins the conservatory with fireplace. Separate space with washing machine and dryer. Enclosed backyard.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Churchview cottage

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space in a quiet and historic village and be in down town Amsterdam in 15 minutes. The place is situated in the center of an old 16th century Dutch village. It is a five minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute bus ride to Amsterdam. Buses go very frequent. It has all the comfort you need for a longer stay including cooking facilities and a washing machine. Obviously free wifi an acces to various TV streaming services.

Amsterdam Twiskehouse

The accommodation is very complete, with a modern kitchen with microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and flat screen TV. You can also use the dining table with four chairs. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has two bedrooms with a double bed in each bedroom. In the room, there is a sofa bed that provides extra sleeping space, dining room table with six chairs and a flat-screen TV. In the shower room, you can use the washing machine and dryer.

Apartment near Zaanse Schans & Amsterdam

This apartment consists of a bright living room and a cosy bedroom. Relaxed retreat can be done on the adjacent roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in peace. From the window, you can look out over the lively centre of Krommenie, where shops and restaurants are right on the street. The apartment is fully equipped. The train station is just an 8-minute walk away. From there, you are in: • 10 minutes from the Zaanse Schans • 25 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal

The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Center. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Fenced around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.
