At the back you have a view of the greenery and you are very quiet. It is also suitable as a retreat & artist house as you sit quietly and yet very close to the shops & people if you want to look that up. It's like a "nature cottage", but in a urban area. The energy of the house is calming.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the supermarket is a 5 minute walk away!
