10 minutes walk to the beach, Promenade, pier and shops, in a perfect location for those wanting to stay in Worthing. Only a 3 min walk to the hospital. Waitrose and Lidl are just across the road and there are dozens of pubs and restaurants plus the UK's oldest cinema, The Dome, all within half a mile. Free on street parking for a car is available but not guaranteed. The property is available for short stays until end of February 2026 and after that for longer stays of over four weeks.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
