Our cosy holiday home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A net is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

It is located directly in the quiet village center opposite a historic farm church in Padingbüttel only about 2 km from the dike and the North Sea coast (Dorum-Neufeld vacation area about 4 km). The southwest-facing property, which is over 1000 square meters in size and has a natural garden, offers plenty of space to relax or for children to play.

A sandy beach extends along the shoreline, characterized by gentle dunes and patches of green grass. The bright blue sky features wispy clouds, while people can be seen walking along the water's edge, enjoying the expansive natural landscape.
