Auf vier Etagen entstand ein top saniertes Domizil, in das alte Elemente des Wasserturms stilvoll integriert wurden. Quick access to the city center, main train station and shopping facilities offer you an excellent location in Bremerhaven. Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. You will live in a typical, lovingly restored country house, built in 1862. The apartment is located in the annex of the main house, with private access through the courtyard. The apartment is small, very cozy, bright and individual, with a terrace facing south-east. Nature lovers will be happy, because from there you have a wonderful view of the cottage garden. The holiday home is located in Midlum, a district of the municipality of Wurster North Sea coast. About 800 m from the center of the village, the old settlement with 14 houses was created in the 50s. The accommodation is on the 1st floor and has 74m². Due to its central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the FeWo is the ideal starting point for all day trips.
