This is a complex of 5 identical brand new, 60sqm villas in the airport area. Each villa has 2 levels and 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor is located the fully equipped kitchen along with the living room and a bathroom as well as the first bedroom. The comfortable sofa bed of the living room can accommodate up to 2 pax in 180x200cm. On the upper floor, the second attic bedroom is located with an ensuite bathroom. Bath amenities include robes, slippers, and toiletries. Daily cleaning is included

Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

The apartment is in one of the greenest areas of Skiathos, blending tranquil nature holidays with easy access to the island's attractions. The caravan is located at peaceful and fenced land providing privacy and panoramic views to the sea and the surrounding hills. Suitable for couples or for families with up to two young children. Pets are welcome. A footpath leads down to the beach of Megas Gyalos at a distance of 10 minutes walking. Due to there is no access by car or motorbike the beach is always quite with very few or no people at all. During the night the views of the stars and the constellations are magical.
