Tsuki no Yado Shiwaku is a 150-yr-old Japanese house built by Shiwaku Carpenters on Hiroshima island in the Seto Inland Sea. Reminiscent of a bygone era, you'll feel like you've stepped back in time. At the entrance, you'll be welcomed by an uchikake (a type of Japanese wedding kimono) reminiscent of the Studio Ghibli classic, “The Tale of Princess Kaguya” Listen to the ocean, feel the breeze, relax & enjoy a step back in time. Haus2354: 5 minutes walk to Ieura Port

Haus2354 is within 5 minutes walking distance from Ieura Port, the main gateway of the island. It is also very close to Teshima Yokoo House and is in the area where you can find small shops and eating places. Haus2354 is a Japanese style house with Japanese style floor bedding, and we rent out a whole house during your stay. There are direct boats from Teshima to Shodoshima, Naoshima and Inujima. This place could be your base for island hopping considering its good access to the port.

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas, King Villa & Queen Villa. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building.
