Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. You have your own private deck with a beautiful view of the valley and hours of bird watching with full use of the pool and hot tub. Our property has a basketball court. There is an outdoor Weber gas grill available.

The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Sugarloaf Vineyards Hill House is a beautiful home located on a Hilltop above our vineyards. The home, designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors boasts magnificent 360 views from the property with the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains front and center. The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property.

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. A large comfy 14’X16’ safari tent on a deck 4.5’ off ground to take you away from it all! Luxurious King sized bed with memory foam mattress and a leather sofa bed. We are off grid so we provide a WOOD STOVE, firewood is available, propane heater and power station provided for lights and charging your electronics. Extra guests after 2 are $20 pp. a night. Please bring bedding for extra guests.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Surrounded in the heart of Washington’s apple orchards.
