The garden has an open kitchen, a long dining area and a small relaxation pool. It is located on the coastal road, within walking distance to Yalıkavak Marina. It offers a different Bodrum holiday that is design-oriented and enjoyable at the same time.

The newly built house comes with: high speed wifi (fiber optic), air conditioning throughout, Apple TV, a large screen TV, a Nespresso machine, fully furbished kitchen, and Weber barbecue.

A spacious terrace offers panoramic sea views, furnished with a light-colored sofa and colorful cushions. A circular coffee table is placed centrally on a patterned rug, and potted plants add greenery to the bright outdoor space, creating a serene environment.

The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
